The location is very central, close to many sites. Public transportation is easily accessible. I found several restaurants nearby (I recommend the churros!). The staff was always friendly and helpful.

The street noise was noticeable, especially with the windows open (but it was minimal with the windows closed).

The location was perfect. Everything was easily accessible. The staff were very friendly and did hold our luggage after checkout, convenient. I also appreciated the churros stand right next to the hotel!

The noise from the street was noticeable with the windows open. It was quite loud.

The noise was quite disruptive. Street sounds seemed to seep right through the old windows. i found it hard to sleep well each night. the bathroom was also small. Barely enough room to move around. the shower curtain stuck to me every time i tried to take a shower

the location was great. it was a short walk to everything i wanted to see. the staff were very friendly. check-in was quick (i got to the hotel earlier than expected).

the room faced a side street. there was a lot of noise late at night from a nearby takeaway place. no breakfast was available (even though i had paid for it in advance). i did get a refund for the breakfast cost.
