prompt staff easy access perfect location

the staff promptly moved me to a cleaner room after i reported an issue with the original one. an elevator provided easy access to upper floors with luggage. its perfect location near the central train station was a major plus. the room faced a quiet courtyard (no street noise).

The location is very central, close to many sites. Public transportation is easily accessible. I found several restaurants nearby (I recommend the churros!). The staff was always friendly and helpful.

The street noise was noticeable, especially with the windows open (but it was minimal with the windows closed).

The location was perfect. Everything was easily accessible. The staff were very friendly and did hold our luggage after checkout, convenient. I also appreciated the churros stand right next to the hotel!

The noise from the street was noticeable with the windows open. It was quite loud.

The noise was quite disruptive. Street sounds seemed to seep right through the old windows. i found it hard to sleep well each night. the bathroom was also small. Barely enough room to move around. the shower curtain stuck to me every time i tried to take a shower

great location friendly staff quick check-in late noise takeaway place breakfast issue

the location was great. it was a short walk to everything i wanted to see. the staff were very friendly. check-in was quick (i got to the hotel earlier than expected).

the room faced a side street. there was a lot of noise late at night from a nearby takeaway place. no breakfast was available (even though i had paid for it in advance). i did get a refund for the breakfast cost.

the hotel had a nice staff. they were very aware of the stairs difficulties. the location is near to the dam square.

the street noises were loud. the room faces the street. i found the noise disturbing.
